Five Fish Bistro opens in Capitol Hill location

SEATTLE, WA – Five Fish Bistro has recently opened in Capitol Hill offering locals an extensive menu that includes a wide selection of fresh fish from cod, salmon, catfish and prawns that’s prepared daily, appetizers, soups, salads, and Po Boys along with a “Peacemaker” fried oyster sandwich.  Owner Garnet Pitre describes the style of the bistro as “eclectic” with a “New Orleans” and “French” flavors.

Fri-Sat: 11-10pm
Sun: 12-9pm
Mon: Closed (gone fishing)
