Inviting guests to taste Sonoma Valley’s finest served in Salish’s signature northwest style, the event will provide a six-course feast expertly paired with Hop Kiln Winery’s award-winning wines.
Menu highlights include Roasted Shellfish Cioppino with lobster, scallops, clams, shrimps, shaved fennel and fronds paired with 2010 Hop Kiln North Bridge Pinot Noir; Smoked Potato Tortellini with stolen mushrooms, Italian flat parsley, butter parmesan emulsion paired with 2010 Hop Kiln Russian River Valley Pinot Noir Braised Belly of Pork served with creamy polenta, roasted apples, celery, hearts, baby beets, fresh horseradish paired with 2010 Hop Kiln Twin Corners Pinot Noir.
