Lamb Porterhouse~ gigante beans, roasted asparagus and artichokes, garlic-mint oil (dinner 24.)
Duo of Spring Crostini~ fava-pea puree, radish, sea salt~and~shrimp, limoncello, lemon zest gremolata (lunch 11. & dinner 11.)
