POP Kitchen + Bar Launches New Menu

SEATTLE, WA— POP Kitchen + Bar announces the launch of new main, happy hour and drink menus. Conveniently located at Seattle’s EMP, POP Kitchen + Bar provides guests with a fresh and hip culinary experience while maintaining Seattle’s laidback atmosphere.

Chefs Gary Asmus and Erin Cameron spiced up their main menu by providing new items such as heirloom tomato salad with fresh mozzarella and mouthwatering housemade meatball sandwich. Items on the main menu will be served from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. with happy hour from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.  For those with smaller appetites try out POP’s new happy hour menu or drink menu including Loaded Potato Chipsrocktails and dessert martinis, as well as old favorites such as Chinese Chicken Salad.

Main Menu
Heirloom Tomato Salad with fresh mozzarella
Decadent heirloom tomatoes with toasted pine nuts, arugula, fresh mozzarella and a light drizzle of olive oil ($11)
The Housemade Meatball Sandwich
Handmade Angus beef and pork meatballs served on fresh bread and topped with tomato basil sauce and ricotta cheese ($14)
Happy Hour Menu
Rocktails:
Evenflow (Pearl Jam)
Don Julio Tequila, Peach Pallini, pineapple juice and Island Blue Pucker Sweet and Sour Schnapps Liqueur ($10)
Dessert Martinis:
Lemon Meringue
Vanilla Stoli, triple Sec, sweet & sour and lemon whipped cream ($11)
Bites:
Loaded Potato Chips
Freshly made potato chips loaded with bacon, cheddar cheese and topped with sour cream and scallions ($7)
