Seasonal menus showcase local ingredients with spectacular views of downtown Seattle
DOWNTOWN– Expansive views, local food and a modern ambiance are all on the menu at Benaroya Hall’s newest restaurant called Measure. Located on the third floor of Benaroya Hall, Measure features a delicious assortment of small plates, salads, soups and entrees with seasonal menus showcasing local ingredients created by Executive Chef Erin Cameron.
“We really wanted to create a modern, comforting environment for our guests,” said Cameron. “For our opening menu, we are featuring a few items that show the transition from summer to fall and you’ll really be able to see that on the plate.”
Measure is open for Symphony attendees two hours prior to concert time. Diners can enjoy a variety of small plates, sip on Pacific Northwest wine or have a leisurely dinner while enjoying the modern ambience of Benaroya Hall.
“This is a fabulous update to Benaroya Hall’s dining options,” says Simon Woods Executive Director of the Seattle Symphony. “Measure’s menu and interior will create an accessible and convenient pre-performance dining experience, with simple, contemporary food that will be perfect for pre-concert dining. We will delight the senses in Measure, just as we do on stage!”
The menu will rotate seasonally and cater to different palates, such as:
Entrees ($15-$18):
– Slow braised short rib, potato puree, horseradish gremolata, confit pickled mushrooms, short rib jus
– Smoked salmon cauliflower puree, raita, curried puffed quinoa
