Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Fresh Bistro


This Cinco de Mayo, Fresh Bistro is hosting its first La Caja Style roasted local pig buffet BRUNCH! From 11am – 2pm, diners can participate in the buffet accompanied by specialty cocktails and sides such as Mexican Colache, chilaquiles, habanero guacamole, grilled tortillas, Spanish rice, chipotle frijoles negros, house pickled vegetables, salsa verde, cilantro lime crema, and finished with Pastry Chef Maya’s Flan.

$16/per person for food. The buffet will be served on a first come, first serve basis and recommendations are recommended.
