EVENT: Tilth’s 7th Anniversary Bourbon + BBQ Pop-up

Join Tilth for their 7th anniversary Bourbon + BBQ pop-up on August 31. This is the restaurant where Marina Hines won her James Beard Award and the one that New York Times listed as a best new restaurant of 2008.

Now she’s trading in her Chilled Cucumber Soup and St. Jude Albacore Tuna Croquettes for Pulled Pork Sliders, Braised Greens and Ham Hocks, and Wagyu Beef Ribs – just for the day.
In true James Beard award winner style, guests will experience sides such as Bone Marrow and Tomato Jam on Toast and Kohlrabi and Cabbage Slaw.

The BBQ and bourbon theme combine two of Maria’s favorites in one! That night, Tilth will expand its bourbon selection for the pop-up, including offering a special bourbon cocktail (still to be determined).

Bourbon drinkers can expect the below selection:

  • Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon
  • Eagle Rare Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon
  • Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon
  • Black Maple Hill Premium Small Batch Bourbon
  • John Jacob Handmade Rye Whiskey
  • Templeton Small Batch Rye Whiskey

The four course menu is $45 (excluding alcohol, tax, gratuity), which includes eleven different dishes! The whole table must participate and just like the best bbq’s, this one will be held in the afternoon from 2:30-4:30 p.m.

Call to make reservations!
