Chef Manny Arce is keeping the summer going as long as possible, with a bevy of bright new paletas—Mexican popsicles! A perfect post-meal treat as well as refreshing on their own, the paletas are available every day from open to close. There are usually four flavors available at a time—ever-changing with the arrival of sweet late summer fruits and whatever flavor combos pop into chef Arce’s head.
Here are some of the fabulous flavors they’ve been rotating through, for $2.95 each:

  • Apricot-Orange
  • Chocolate-Chipotle
  • Ginger-Watermelon
  • Strawberry-Habanero
  • Tomatillo-Cucumber-Mint
  • White Peach-Mango
  • Strawberry-Habanero
  • Cherries & Cream

Then there are the alcoholic pops, for $3.95 each:

  • Strawberry Margarita
  • El Dude with Vanilla Tequila, Kahlua, Horchata, and Cream
  • Raspberry Caiparinha
  • Traditional Margarita
  • Pineapple-Cucumber-Mint-Tequila

Drop by for a refreshing paleta and keep the Seattle summer rolling!
