The new Evergreens Salad is slated to open this Wednesday, August 21, 2013. The Gourmet Salad concept will be located in downtown Seattle on 3rd and Marion. Evergreens was established by two Seattle natives who wanted to create a convenient and incredibly fresh destination for healthy and delicious salads in their hometown. All ingredients are pure, 100% all-natural, seasonal, tremendously healthy with absolutely no preservatives, added flavors or sugars and are hyper-locally sourced, whenever possible.
The gourmet salad concept will have 14 signature chef-designed salad combinations available with quirky, whimsical names, such as “Big Schrimpin” and “Dice Dice Baby.” Guests can also “Choose your own Experience” option that allows you to hand select your favorite vegetables, proteins, dairy and more to create your own personalized meal packed full of their favorite ingredients.
