COMING SOON: Molly Moon’s is Coming to University Village!

Molly Moon’s is expanding to the University Village… and when it comes to ice cream, Molly’s philosophy is more the better, and based on Molly’s research, 100% of five year olds agree!  This fall (hinting November open date), even more people will be able to experience the homemade ice cream everyone loves.  The new location will have… wait for it … tile.  Plus an extra hour (11AM) of ice cream access compared to the Wallingford, Capitol Hill and Queen Anne shops.

This Molly Moon’s shop will have the same old commitment to creating living-wage jobs and offering 100% paid health and dental insurance for employees.  Like all the other shops, this one will also use only 100% compostable products and make delicious ice cream onsite with 90% of ingredients coming from the Pacific Northwest.  This is not the first ice cream shop at U Village, but it is currently the only one.  It’s also the cutest … ever.
