Bellevue Steakhouse Offers Destination for Classic Cocktails and High-End Spirits
Schwartz Brothers Restaurants is pleased to announce the newest Eastside destination for classic cocktails, hand-selected bourbons, bottle service and more. Prime 21 at Daniel’s Broiler in Bellevue, Wash. provides upscale and classic cocktails in sophisticated and inviting atmosphere.
Set on the 21st floor of the Bank of America Building in a space formerly occupied by the Daniel’s Broiler Vintage Lounge, Prime 21 offers the feel of a modern-day speakeasy. More than 50 bourbons and 40 scotches line the glass shelves, including James Pepper 1776 15-year-old rye, Bat Masterson’s Rye, George T. Stagg, William Larue Weller and E.H. Taylor Straight Rye. Each barrel of house bourbon is hand-selected in Kentucky by President and CEO Lindsey Schwartz and Spirits Director Brad Miller, providing excellent drinking bourbon and an unmatched Manhattan.
Prime 21 Lounge also offers a variety of classic cocktails and Champagnes including Bollinger Grand Annee 1999 and Louis Roederer Cristal 2004. Local and familiar vodka, tequila, rum and gin are also available, as well as small plates and appetizers from the bar kitchen, ranging from specialty bar menu items such as Marsala Chicken Skewers, Prime Steakhouse Sliders and Salmon-Stuffed Endive to classic menu items of Crispy Fried Calamari, Seared Ahi Tuna and Prime Filet Mignon Steak Strips.
