Jon Christiansen, bar manager at Ba Bar, is incredibly excited to break in the brand new slushy machine at the 12thAvenue restaurant. Starting Friday, August 30—just in time for Labor Day weekend—there will be two icy, slushy cocktails churning behind the bar!

After much tinkering and testing, Christiansen has settled on two bright, refreshing cocktails, both for $8:

Old Country with Amaro CioCiaro, Blackberry Liqueur, and Citrus and Poivre Punch with Prosecco, Salers Gentiane, Giffard Banane Liqueur, and Citrus.

The slushy flavors will change with the seasons— Christiansen is determined to create the perfect wintertime slushy!
