49ers Fans Attempt to Rally at SPORT, A Seahawk Fan Favorite

It’s time to show the 49ers who owns this city. Earlier today, the 49ers official Twitter account announced that SPORT Restaurant & Bar would be the spot for 49ers fans to rally this weekend, after an uninformed source said they could be there. Chef/Owner John Howie has always been a die-hard Seahawks fan, and SPORT has always been a Seahawks bar. Needless to say, this did not go over well. His response, “not in my house.”

To counter the attempt by 49ers fans, Chef Howie is asking Seahawks fans to rally at SPORT Restaurant & Bar from noon to 2pm on Saturday. Anyone who comes to the restaurant in Seahawks gear will get a comp card for a free pizza to be redeemed at a later time. SPORT will also feature $2 Rainier 16oz draft beers for fans! What’s more Seattle than that? Chef Howie will have Seahawks fans sign a giant 12th man flag, which he will personally bring to the Super Bowl and hang at his booth for the Taste of the NFL.
