This week, Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle earned a place on U.S. News & World Report’s 2014 list of theBest Hotels in Seattle. The property fell in the top 30 percent of all luxury hotels ranked in the Seattle area and is a silver badge recipient.
The 2014 Best Hotels recognize hotels that were ranked based on an unbiased methodology that includes the collective opinion of travel experts and guests, expressed through online reviews and ratings. To create this year’s rankings, U.S. News factored in the prominence of industry awards a hotel receives along with its reputation among travel experts and guests. In total, 1,693 U.S. hotels, 271 Caribbean hotels, 342 Mexican hotels and 223 Canadian hotels were evaluated for the 2014 rankings.
Just this month, ZAGAT gave the boutique hotel strong marks in its categories of quality (28), facilities (27), and service (27), earning the hotel a top two spot in the city for highest ratings.
Also in January, Pan Pacific earned its second 4-star rating from Forbes Travel Guide on its 56th list of Star Rating recipients worldwide. It honored 296 Four-Star hotels throughout the United States, Canada, London, Beijing, Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai and Singapore.
