Finally! An authentic ramen shop that we can experience without flying all the way to Japan. For those that have been following Hokkaido Ramen Santouka’s success, you may be familiar with their shop in close driving distance located in Vancouver, BC. With locations all over the world, downtown Bellevue will be its first Washington opening to serve up the mild, pearl-colored Tonkotsu soup, a process that takes about 20 hours to simmer the pork bones before adding our vegetables, dried fish, kelp and other special ingredients.

The new restaurant will be located where the Emerald Smoothie on (103 Bellevue Way NE) used to be which closed its doors in the Fall of 2013. We will keep you updated on a firm date of the opening.
