    • New York style pizza created by the one and only Mario Vellotti who emigrated from Naples, Italy known for opening world-famous pizzerias in all five Burroughs, including Sal’s on Broome Street, Bensonhurst’s J & V and the original Patricia’s in the Bronx.

    • The consistency of “Pizza Napoletana” is tender and elastic allowing for easy cutting or folding. Expect a taste typical of freshly baked bread with the savory flavors of the San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. Following tradition in Italy, the pizzas, about 12” in diameter, will be served uncut for you to slice into bite size portions to be eaten with a fork or to cut into larger slices to be folded and eaten by hand.

  31. Fire by Visconti
    • Italian style pizza, wine, beer, brats, fine cheeses and artisanal meats made locally from scratch at Cured in Leavenworth. The oven can produce to over 700 degrees so they can turn out piping hot Neapolitan style pizzas in minutes.

  32. Brooklyn Bros Pizzeria
    • Pizzas are baked in a stone oven at 600° or higher. At these temperatures the dough is shocked and springs into a light, airy crust while taking on a lightly charred appearance. The Pizzaiola (Pizza Maker & Oven Manager) must manage the oven at all times. A perfectly cooked pizza pie crust will have a smokey, crisp flavor.
