Sugar Mountain is working on opening “Seattle’s next great luxury restaurant” called The Butcher’s Table.
Opening this summer in the South Lake Union neighborhood, The Butcher’s Table will provide an unparalleled culinary experience with an innovative menu featuring our own Mishima Reserve Wagyu beef. The restaurant will also feature an onsite butcher shop offering uncommon specialty cuts and a lively bar scene.
The Butcher’s Table is part of Sugar Mountain where we care deeply about the health, well-being and culinary delight of our customers. We call this our Pure Food Commitment. Our food family includes Beecher’s Handmade Cheese and Mishima Reserve premium Wagyu beef. Sugar Mountain’s mission is to change the way American eats and a percentage of all sales goes to support the Beecher’s Pure Food Kids Foundation, empowering kids to make healthy food choices for life.
The company is hiring for various positions now.
