Biscuit Bitch is expanding it’s Southern breakfast eatery to Pioneer Square.
Head Bitch in Charge, Kimmie Spice focuses on three key objectives: homemade, filling and well-priced. The new location will be located at the St. Charles Building and will include the same menu as the Belltown and Pike Place Market locations.
Guests can order dishes like the “Smokin’ Hot Bitch- Biscuit and Gravy smothered in Cheese and topped with a Grilled Louisiana Hot Link & Jalapeños” and the “Smokin’ Hot “Seattle” Bitch- Biscuit and Gravy topped with a Grilled Louisiana Hot Link, Cream Cheese and Grilled Onion.”
Have fun while you’re there and be silly by saying the word “bitch.”
