Char-Broil Hosts First-Ever Seattle Pop-Up Event with Tom Douglas

Char-Broil hosted an extraordinary evening of grilling by Tom Douglas Co, entertainment and cocktails at the beautiful Fremont Foundry located in Fremont. Favorites included oysters, wild salmon with Salmon Rub from Rub with Love seasoning by Tom Douglas Co, and grilled vegetables. Pro tip on cooking salmon on the grill: gently season the salmon about 30 minutes before grilling, put the grill on low and let it cook to your liking.

As one of the world’s oldest and most respected outdoor cooking companies, Char-Broil brought it! Even though it rained, the grilling didn’t stop.
