Paella on the Patio Every Sunday This Summer at Pintxo

Nestled in the heart of Belltown is a Pintxo, a Spanish tapas restaurant that is hosting fresh paella prepared on the front patio every Sunday this summer. From 5-7 p.m. every Sunday this summer Pintxo’s Paellero, Cory Chigbrow, prepares Paella on the Patio using the traditional techniques with the giant paella pan and fresh ingredients.

“Each paella, despite its ingredients is its own paella, not two are ever alike,” says Chigbrow, who is also the owner of Pintxo. “Each paella is an unique experience for the Paellero and the guest. It’s a personal sport where I try to make each paella more beautiful, more delicious, and the best I’ve ever cooked”
