Brunch Alert!
Earls Bellevue just launched a new brunch menu and brunch happy hour that will surely get you out of bed. The menu is inspired by flavors from around the world – both near and far. From chefs in London, to farmers in our local regions. The brunch menu consists of breakfast classics with a west coast twist on them. Dishes include Avocado Super Brunch, Eggs Benedict, Chorizo + Mushroom Hash, Golden Waffles + Cream, Southern Fried Chicken + Waffles, and Steak + Eggs. On the beverage side, you can order the Signature Bloody Mary, Mimosa, Aperol Spritz, and a Cold Brew Coffee + Baileys. Brunch prices are half off so get there early!
Our favorite dish was the Southern Fried Chicken + Waffles. The chicken was perfectly cooked, skin crackled upon bite and a sweet & spicy drizzle that went perfectly with the puffy golden waffle.
If you’re a fan of avocado & toast, the “Avocado Super Brunch” is a must order for you. Fresh avocado smashed on a toasted baguette that is seasoned with olive oil and tomatoes, radish, spicy sriracha, and toasted hemp seeds.

Southern Fried Chicken + Waffles: Buttermilk marinated chicken, golden waffle, sweet + spicy drizzle
Chorizo + Mushroom Hash: Avocado, crispy potatoes, topped with poached eggs and hollandaise
Avocado Super Brunch: Poached eggs, smashed avocado, olive oil and tomatoes, radish, spicy sriracha, toasted hemp seeds on toasted baguette with field greens.
