The newest Just Poké location opened its doors last week on October 2nd at the Renton Landing, 727 N 10th St, Suite G Renton WA 98057.
Dine in, carry out or order delivery of the freshest of poké bowls that you can build to order from a wealth of sauces, proteins, mix-ins and toppings to choose from, or select one of their signature bowls for a winning flavor profile you don’t have to think too hard about. May we suggest the Pike Place bowl: a ridiculously fresh, bright combination of Marine Stewardship Council Chain of Custody certified salmon, sweet onion, cucumber, house shoyu, garlic edamame, sesame seeds and crunchy onion.
Just Poké’s fresh twist on the classic Hawaiian dish puts prime cuts in the spotlight, so their proteins, like ahi, salmon, tako (octopus), scallops, aren’t pre-marinated—you can taste something new each time with seemingly endless combination sauce and topping possibilities. Plus, boasting a motto of “Eat Clean, Act Right, and Live Well”, their 7 locations (with one in Bellingham and another in the U-District coming soon) serve up locally produced food in an eco-friendly way, from their biodegradable and compostable servings materials to their energy efficient (and charming) lighting.
