Plant-Based Supper Club at Art of the Table
Chef Dustin Ronspies will serving up an all vegan multi-course dinner on August 22nd
Art of the Table is hosting a special supper-club style plant-based dinner.
Chef Dustin Ronspies crafted an exceptional vegan menu that celebrates the beauty of vegetables and grains. It is designed to showcase how a plant-based diet can be elevated and exquisite. The curated dinner will feature superior seasonal produce from local farms.
The plant-based evening is a kick-off to a series of specialty dinners. For one night each month, Chef Ronspies will offer a unique experience with a themed cuisine in varying dining formats.
“I’m thrilled to kick-off our specialty dinner series with a plant-based menu,” said Chef Dustin Ronspies. “We are proud to offer vegetarian and vegan tasting menus every night. This supper-club dinner is a testament to our commitment to being responsible stewards to the planet while still enjoying exceptional food.”
Husband and wife team, Chef Dustin Ronspies and Shannon Van Horn, opened Art of the Table in 2007 as one of the first supper-club style restaurants in the city and have seen an increased interest in their plant-based menus.
“We call all of our diners before they come in to ask about allergies or food aversions. We have certainly witnessed firsthand the growing demand for vegan and vegetarian options,” said Van Horn. “As a business, we try and minimize our impact on the environment as much as possible and we know serving less meat is an easy approach to make lasting change.”
Art of the Table offers the choice between a five or seven course tasting menu, with vegetarian and vegan options, in the main dining room or an à la carte menu in the bar area and outside during the summer months.
September’s specialty event will be an exclusive dinner at the counter with Chef Ronspies and in October they will feature an Italian harvest supper-club dinner.
For reservations for the specialty dinners call (206) 282-0942. There is limited space for each of these upcoming events.
