Award winning FlintCreek Cattle Co. has announced brunch service Saturdays and Sundays from 9am – 2pm. Get ready Greenwood, Chef Eric Donnelly’s brunch menu features all of the favorites including Sour Cream Coffee Cake with cinnamon streusel, sweet cream, summer berries and mint, Buttermilk Biscuits with country ham, scrambled eggs, low country red eye gravy and scallions, and a full section of the menu called “Friends with Benedicts”. The bar offers their full menu in addition to the “Champagne Campaign”, your choice of juices and a bottle of bubbly for $25. FlintCreek opened its doors in 2016 and has received rave reviews ever since, with Chef Donnelly recieveing multiple James Beard Foundation nominations for Best Chef Northwest. Fans of Donnelly’s approach to his happy hour and dinner menus will appreciate the same kind of finesse without fussiness applied to brunch items.
