New Restaurant: Salt District, located on Pier 55

Seattle’s restaurant group E3 & Co, best known for restaurants like Metropolitan Grill, Elliott’s Oyster Bar, and Wing Dome has recently opened its newest restaurant, Salt District located on Pier 55. The new restaurant specializes in casual Italian.

“When the former Red Robin space was vacated in February, we jumped at the opportunity to open Salt District on the neighboring pier to our other waterfront restaurant, Elliott’s Oyster House,” said Jim Rowe, owner and CEO of E3 Restaurant Group. “The prime location with its amazing view–will be even more valuable when the future waterfront project is completed. The close proximity to Elliott’s will provide key operational efficiencies as well.”
