Valentine’s Day is around the corner and we want to make it a special night for you. The fine dining restaurant, found 31 floors in the clouds in downtown Bellevue, has been recognized by numerous publications and readers’ choice awards as the “most romantic restaurant,” including Architectural Digest, four years straight with 425 Magazine, and Bellevue Lifestyle.
The team at Ascend Prime continuously strives to live up to and exceed this expectation, offering a special, supplemental menu Wednesday, February 14 through Saturday, February 17.
Guests are invited to take romance to the next level and enhance reservations with a floral arrangement, pre-order a bottle of Champagne, reserve limited premium view tables, and more.
The amorous menu features dishes such as:
- Wagyu croquette with Rossini bordelaise, wasabi foam, and micro amaranth
- “Cheers to Us” handrolls with sweet crab, kaluga caviar, bitter cocoa, and smoked salt
- Smoked vichyssoise with negi bing, kaluga caviar, smoked sudachi crème fraiche, and umeboshi
- Confit Mishima ultra eye & scallop tagliatelle
- Featured cocktails: Johnny (Angel’s Envy bourbon, ginger liqueur, Averna, lemon, red wine float) & June (Grey Goose vodka, St-Germain, strawberries, coconut milk, lemon, ramune soda)
